Terms of Service — TPPlay Game
These terms govern your use of the TPPlay Game platform. By registering an account or playing on our platform, you agree to all of the conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before you proceed.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and TPPlay Game ("we", "our", "us"). They apply to every aspect of your use of our website, mobile application, and all games and services we provide, including colour prediction, number games, and any other game modes available on our platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use our platform in any way.
1. Eligibility
To use TPPlay Game, you must meet all of the following conditions:
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where we have reason to believe the holder is under 18.
Legal Capacity
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any court order or legal restriction that prevents you from entering contracts, you are not eligible to use our platform.
Jurisdiction
You are responsible for determining whether online gaming is legal in the state or region where you reside. Do not use our platform if it is prohibited in your location. We do not offer services in jurisdictions where doing so would be unlawful.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts, whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or payment method, is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
2. Account Rules
When you register with us, you take on full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. The following rules apply to all accounts on our platform.
One account per person. You may not register more than one account. If we detect duplicate accounts linked by device, IP address, payment details, or identity documents, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
No account sharing. Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with anyone else or allow another person to access or play on your account, even temporarily.
Accurate information. The details you provide during registration — including your name, mobile number, and bank or UPI information — must be accurate and up to date. We use this information for identity verification and payment processing. Providing false details is grounds for permanent suspension.
Account security. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Choose a strong, unique password and do not reuse passwords from other services. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact our support team immediately.
KYC verification. We may ask you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals above certain limits. This may involve submitting a government-issued ID. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions on your account.
No bots or automated tools. You must not use any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with our platform. All gameplay must be performed manually by a human user.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
We support the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on TPPlay Game:
UPI
Instant deposits and withdrawals via any UPI-enabled app, including Google Pay, PhonePe, and BHIM. UPI is the fastest method for most players and processes in real time for deposits.
Paytm
Deposits and withdrawals through your Paytm wallet or Paytm UPI. Wallet-to-wallet transfers are typically instant; bank transfers through Paytm may take a short time to process.
Bank Transfer (IMPS / NEFT)
You can link your bank account for withdrawals. IMPS transfers are usually processed within minutes. NEFT transfers may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.
The following rules apply to all financial transactions on our platform:
Minimum deposit. We may set a minimum deposit amount at our discretion. This amount will be displayed clearly during the deposit process.
Withdrawal eligibility. Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment methods registered under your account. You cannot withdraw to an account belonging to a different person.
Withdrawal limits. We may apply daily, weekly, or per-transaction withdrawal limits. These limits can be raised once full KYC verification is completed.
Processing times. We process withdrawal requests promptly. Most are completed within a few minutes to a few hours. In rare cases, during high-volume periods or where additional verification is needed, processing may take up to 24 hours.
Bonus funds. Bonus amounts credited to your wallet are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable requirements will be communicated when a bonus is issued.
No third-party funding. You must only deposit funds that belong to you. We do not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to others or from payment methods you do not own.
Failed or reversed transactions. If a payment is reversed, charged back, or flagged by your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation and to recover any funds already credited as a result of that transaction.
4. Game Rules & Fair Play
TPPlay Game offers colour prediction, number games, and other live game formats. The following principles apply across all games on our platform.
Game Results Are Final
Once a round is completed and the result is published, it is final. We do not reverse game results except in verified cases of a technical fault on our end. We record every round with a timestamp. If you believe a result was incorrect, contact support with the round reference.
No Manipulation
Any attempt to manipulate game results, exploit software bugs, or use external tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. This includes collusion between multiple accounts or coordinating with others to abuse the prediction system.
Random Outcomes
Colour prediction and number game outcomes are generated using a certified random number generation process. We do not pre-determine results in favour of or against any player. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
Responsible Play
We encourage all players to set personal limits on their deposits and playing time. If you feel your gaming is becoming problematic, use our responsible gaming tools or contact our support team for assistance.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the TPPlay Game platform — including but not limited to the website design, game interfaces, graphics, logos, icons, audio, written content, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of our platform or content without our prior written consent.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our application or platform.
Use our name, logo, or branding in any way that could create confusion or imply an endorsement we have not given.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our website or application.
Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property will be subject to legal action.
6. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms. Grounds for suspension include, but are not limited to:
Multiple Accounts
Operating more than one account, whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other reason.
Fraudulent Transactions
Making deposits using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, initiating chargebacks, or any other form of financial fraud.
Cheating or Exploitation
Using bots, scripts, or exploiting software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
Underage Play
Providing false age information to gain access to the platform. We take this seriously and will report confirmed cases to the appropriate authorities.
Abusive Behaviour
Threatening, harassing, or abusing our support staff or other players through any communication channel.
False Information
Providing inaccurate personal details, forging identity documents, or misrepresenting yourself during KYC verification.
Where we suspend an account due to a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining balance. We will notify you of a suspension and, in appropriate cases, give you the opportunity to appeal by contacting our support team.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TPPlay Game shall not be liable for:
Game losses. Any money lost through gameplay on our platform. All games involve risk and you play at your own discretion. We do not guarantee any outcome or profit.
Service interruptions. Any loss or inconvenience caused by temporary downtime, maintenance, or technical issues affecting the platform, including delays in game results or transaction processing.
Third-party failures. Failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or network infrastructure that are outside of our direct control.
Unauthorised account access. Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Indirect or consequential loss. Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of opportunity or revenue, arising from your use of our platform.
In any case where we are found liable, our maximum liability to you will be limited to the amount you deposited with us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes, we may also notify you through the platform or via the contact details on your account.
Your continued use of TPPlay Game after a change to these Terms is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically so you remain aware of the current terms that apply to your use of our platform.
If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and, if you wish, close your account by contacting our support team.
