Responsible Gaming — Play Safe on TPPlay Game

We want gaming to be enjoyable and something you feel good about. That means knowing your limits, using the tools available to you, and reaching out when something does not feel right.

Our Commitment to Safe Gaming

At TPPlay Game, we believe the best gaming experience is one where you stay in control. We have built features into our platform specifically so that players can set boundaries, take breaks, and manage their time and money without having to think too hard about it.

We also know that life changes. A habit that felt fine last month might feel like too much today. That is normal, and we have made it straightforward to adjust at any point — no hoops to jump through, no waiting period to set a limit on yourself.

This page covers the tools we offer, signs worth paying attention to, and where to go if you need support beyond what we provide.

Set Your Own Limits

Our limit-setting tools are available directly in your account settings. You can change them at any time, though we apply a short cooling-off period before limits are loosened — this is intentional, and it is there to protect you.

💳

Daily Deposit Limits

Cap how much you can add to your wallet in any 24-hour period. Once you hit your limit, no further deposits are accepted until the next day. Set it once and forget about it.

📈

Loss Limits

Decide in advance how much you are comfortable losing in a day or a week. When you reach that amount, we pause your play automatically. This is one of the most effective ways to avoid chasing losses.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum session length and we will remind you when you are approaching it. When time is up, you will get a clear prompt to stop. You can still choose to continue, but the pause makes the decision conscious rather than automatic.

To update your limits, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming after logging in. If you need help finding it, our support team can guide you there in under a minute.

Signs You May Need a Break

Gaming is meant to be fun. When it starts to feel like an obligation or a way to cope, that is worth paying attention to. These are some signs that taking a step back could help.

If any of the following sound familiar, we encourage you to use our cooling-off or self-exclusion tools, or speak with someone you trust.

Chasing Losses

Depositing more after a losing session to try to win it back — this pattern tends to make things worse, not better. A loss limit is the simplest way to stop this before it starts.

Borrowing Money to Play

If you are using money you do not have — borrowing from friends, family, or taking loans — to fund your gaming, that is a clear signal to stop and talk to someone.

Playing for Emotional Relief

Using gaming as the main way to deal with stress, anxiety, or boredom can become a crutch. Gaming can be an enjoyable break, but it works better when it is not carrying the full weight of your mood.

Neglecting Responsibilities

Skipping work, missing commitments, or losing track of time because of gaming sessions is a sign that the balance has shifted. Time limits and session reminders can help, but sometimes a longer break is needed.

Tools We Offer

All of these are available from your account settings. You do not need to contact support to use them — they are designed to be self-serve so there is no barrier to using them quickly.

🚫

Self-Exclusion

Lock yourself out of your account for a set period — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or longer. During self-exclusion, deposits and play are blocked. To activate, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion.

💳

Deposit Limits

Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you control. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases go through a 48-hour review period before they activate.

🔔

Session Reminders

We send in-app notifications when you have been playing for a set amount of time. You choose the interval — 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours. The reminder is a nudge, not a lockout.

Account Cooling-Off

A softer option than full self-exclusion. Take a cooling-off period of 1 to 6 weeks where deposits are restricted but your account stays accessible for checking history or withdrawing a balance.

Tips for Staying in Control

Small habits make a big difference over time. These are things our more experienced players tend to do — not because they have had problems, but because they have found it keeps gaming enjoyable.

Set a Budget Before You Play

Decide on an amount you are comfortable spending before you open the app. Treat it like an entertainment budget — when it is gone, you are done for the day.

Play with Time Limits in Place

Even if you feel fine, having a session timer running keeps you conscious of how long you have been playing. Time moves differently when you are engaged in something.

Take Regular Breaks

Step away between sessions. A short break gives you perspective and helps you make better decisions when you return.

Do Not Play to Recover Losses

A loss is a loss. Chasing it with another deposit rarely ends well. Log off, come back another day, and give yourself a reset.

Keep Other Things in Your Life

Gaming is most enjoyable when it is one of several things you do, not the main one. Sports, socialising, hobbies — they all make gaming feel more like a treat.

Check Your History Occasionally

Your account shows a full record of deposits, play, and withdrawals. Looking at it now and then helps you stay aware of where things actually stand, not just how they feel.

Responsible Gaming — FAQ

Log in and go to Account Settings, then select Responsible Gaming. You will find deposit limit options there for daily, weekly, and monthly caps. Reductions apply immediately. If you need help, our support team can walk you through it.

When you activate self-exclusion, your account is locked for the duration you choose. You cannot deposit or play during that period. Any existing balance can be withdrawn once the exclusion ends. You can choose periods from 24 hours up to several months.

Short-term exclusions (under 7 days) can be reviewed through customer care. Longer exclusions are designed to be firm — the cooling-off period before they can be lifted is intentional, and exists to protect you. If you are in crisis, please contact one of the professional resources listed on this page.

Yes. TPPlay Game is strictly for players aged 18 and above. We verify age during KYC and will close any account where we find evidence of underage use. If you know of a minor using the platform, please contact us immediately.

The first step is acknowledging it, and that is the hardest one — you have already done it by reading this. Use our self-exclusion tool to pause your access, and reach out to iCall, the Vandrevala Foundation, or Gamblers Anonymous India. Our support team is also available 24/7 if you want to talk through your options on the platform first.

You set an interval in your account settings — 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours. When you have been playing continuously for that long, we send an in-app notification reminding you to take a break. It does not force you to stop, but it makes the decision conscious rather than something that just slips by.
